寄件人：
根据现行海关规定，以下物品不得邮寄进出境：
鸦片、海洛因、甲基苯丙胺（冰毒）、吗啡、大麻、可卡因，以及国家规定管制的其他能够使人形成瘾癖的麻醉药品和精神药品。
如违反上述规定，构成犯罪的，海关将依法追究刑事责任。

Sender:
In accordance with the state’s laws and regulations, the following articles shall not be mailed in bound and outbound through customs over the territory:
Drugs as opium, heroin, methamphetamine/ice, morphine, marijuana, cocaine, and other addictive narcotics and drugs for mental sickness that are under the state’s control.
Those who violate the foregoing shall be investigated for their criminal responsibility and punished according to the Criminal Law by the customs.
Statement of sender: I, as the sender, hereby certify that all these information is carefully reviewed and further guarantee that the mail or express contains no articles related above.
